Heading international multidisciplinary teams across a range of geographies to deliver increased value to the alliances and integration projects. Negotiation activities and contractual advice. Monitoring, tracking and reporting on customer contractual obligations such as performance management, commercial operations, cost savings and financial milestones. Management and buildup of relationships with key stakeholders that support the Alliance Program to maximize the value of the alliance, both internally and within the partners' structure.
Management the alliance relationship through the complete partnership lifecycle and maximize the value from the alliances and reduce the risk of failure. Act as key interface with respect to the management of the legal and contractual framework established for the alliance. Lead in resolving business related conflicts and in business related issues requiring consensus. Facilitate the decision-making process by ensuring internal and external alignment. Implementation and maintenance of governance. Provide feedback and guidance to senior management aiming to maximize the alliance potential and minimize the existing risks. Negotiation activities, lead overall business relationship for enterprise level collaborations and contractual aspects of deals post-signing.
