Pooja has over 23 years of experience working within the life-sciences industry which includes hands-on experience in the research sector. Throughout her career, she has worked with various organisations, including the University of Oxford, St Mark’s Academic Institute, Imperial College London, multiple UK NHS Trusts, various international pharmaceutical companies, and research organisations.
Her background lies in planning and managing complex operations, teams, processes, and developing research strategy to catalyse productivity and project success within healthcare sector. From creating visionary development plans to implementing key methodologies and facilitating successful project executions, she excels at outperforming objectives while leading productive and results-oriented teams.
Through one of her current role as a Research Manager with an Academic Institute, she interacts and collaborates with various national and multinational stakeholders. She has been directly involved in overseeing research performance, research training, submitting research funding grants, and reviewing research project proposals. She has contributed significantly to promoting research across the sector through the Institute’s key collaborations with various universities.
In 2021, Pooja founded DynamIQ – a company through which she collaborates with various NHS and other research organisations such as RD Forum UK, to provide research consultancy and training. Initially created to deliver research training courses and career consultancy, DynamIQ has diversified to become a firm that now delivers market-leading healthcare advisory at national and international level.
