Julio is Managing Partner of Artifex Angels Investment Club, focused on scaling technology-based businesses, venture investment and financing strategies. He is also the Director of Funds and Entrepreneurship at the Technology Transfer Office Network in Mexico, Red OTT.
Startup advisor and investor he is specialized in the development of strategies, scaling up investments to promote new technology-based businesses. He participates as a mentor in the main startup accelerators programmes in Latin America.
He attended the Angel Investor Training of the Angel Institute Resource, ARI; the Investors Mexico programme coordinated by the U.S. Department of State and the Global Innovations Science and Technology, GIST initiative and the VCamp program: Venture Capital Academy organized by the Pacific Alliance. He was part of the first generation Fund Manager by Riskmathics Financial Institute.
