Pete has worked with and supported senior leaders through various aspects of change and transformation for over 20 years. Through a wide range of interventions, adopting context-dependent styles, he builds trust within leadership groups and between such groups and the rest of the organisation (and related stakeholders). He has a deep, hands-on, and theory-informed understanding of how organisations must execute strategy through the delivery of projects and programs. He provides insight into organisational and individuals-at-work psychology, structures and processes, and maximisation of creativity. He fosters highly competent leadership throughout and across the project initiation and execution machine.
Pete influences narratives of leadership, works with individuals in confidence, and provides a rock- solid space for leadership to flourish and grow. His overriding objectives are to deliver lasting growth in senior manager competencies and simultaneously build organisational capability that guarantees efficient strategy execution.
Pete is unflappable, cool-headed, and an excellent communicator, working in a coaching manner with all key stakeholders. He never stops role-modelling the desired mindsets and behaviours that effective leaders require. He works personally with executives on their leadership journeys, reinforces the top team when needed, and offers genuine and honest feedback to all key players without fear or favour.
Pete has a post-grad certificate in change consulting (Tavistock Institute Human Relations) and is a registered Analytic-Network Coach. He also has a Doctorate in managing design, an MSc in engineering project management, and a lifetime of experience working with senior leaders in project environments worldwide.
