The Biotechnology Business Institute was founded in 2013 as an active international stakeholder in the Life Sciences ecosystem. From its foundation in Barcelona, the Biotechnology Business Institute (BBI) has now set up the EMBA course in Cambridge, UK. The Cambridge "phenomenon" is best described as an explosion of globally significant companies and innovations across bioscience, medicine, and technology over the past 50 years.
Our expertise is in innovation and the underlying processes involved, both scientific and business related, with a focus on new drug development. Our main areas of knowledge are in drug discovery. The BBI Business School has over 160 academics and industry experts, coming from more than 20 countries, who cover the key management topics across the Life Sciences’ industry.
