Guillem joined Asabys Partners in 2018 where he is primary responsible of sourcing, executing deals and managing the health-tech portfolio. He also leads Asabys’ deal structuring and negotiations.
Guillem serves on the board of directors of Psious and is an observer on the board of directors of Cara Care and Origo Biopharma.
Prior to joining Asabys Partners, Guillem managed the life sciences portfolio at Caixa Capital Risc. Before that, he served at EY within the Transaction Advisory Services primary focusing on PE and VC transactions.
Guillem holds a BBA with a major in finance from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
