Sasha brings a proven track record in effective team leadership, strong business development experience and a deep technical knowledge in systems engineering.
Prior to his current role as General Manager at Real-Time Laboratories, Sasha served as KMC Systems’ Director of Business Development and Account Management for four years (2020 – 2024). In this position he oversaw KMC’s business strategy creation and led its execution both in the U.S. and abroad. Sasha has a long history at Elbit America as well, being hired as a Principal Systems Engineer in 2013, he has also held the roles of Director of Technology and Business Development (2016 – 2018) and Senior Director of Business Development (2018 – 2020).
Sasha is currently earning his Executive Master’s of Business Administration from the Biotechnology Business Institute in Cambridge, U.K. He also has a Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering (St. Petersburg University) and in Systems Engineering (Iowa State University). Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from St. Petersburg University.
